Job summary

Costa Coffee in the United Kingdom is hiring a Barista to deliver energising customer experiences and craft great coffee. You’ll master our menu, keep the store welcoming, and work with the team to make every shift run smoothly.

We offer flexible shifts and pay £13.12–£14.12 per hour (location dependent), plus perks including a 50% discount on food and drink, pension matching up to 10%, Coca‑Cola share scheme and a Financial Support Fund through Costa Foundation.
