Job summary

Starbucks in Elgin is hiring enthusiastic Baristas to join our welcoming team. You’ll love coffee and delivering memorable customer experiences while preparing beverages and food to Starbucks standards.

Full training is provided whether you’re new to hospitality or experienced in customer service, with opportunities for career progression and access to a large online learning library. Flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends, and a fast-paced, friendly store environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive customer experience
• Preparing beverages and food to Starbucks standards
• Recommending products and supporting store sales through confident up-selling
• Operating tills and processing transactions accurately
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming store environment
• Following food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures
• Monitoring product quality and temperature records
• Supporting your team during busy periods and helping cover key trading times

Flexible: Shifts designed to work around your availability, with a minimum of 8 hours per week

Hourly Rate: £12.80 per hour (Age 21+) £11.00 per hour (Age 18–20) £8.05 per hour (Age 16–17)
