Barista – Northampton

We're looking for a friendly, reliable Barista to join our team in Northampton. If you love great coffee, enjoy meeting people, and thrive in a busy café environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Pay: £14 per hour (including holiday pay)
Location: Northampton
Hours: Flexible shifts available

What you’ll do:

• Prepare and serve high‑quality coffee, tea, and other drinks to our customers
• Operate the espresso machine and maintain excellent coffee‑making standards
• Provide warm, efficient, and professional customer service
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately
• Keep the café clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times
• Assist with stock rotation, restocking supplies, and opening/closing duties

What we’re looking for:

• Previous barista or café experience preferred, but training can be provided
• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for great coffee and customer service
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Team player who can also work independently when needed
