Job summary

Costa Coffee in the United Kingdom is seeking a Barista to bring energy, warmth and skill to every shift and to deliver energising customer experiences. You’ll master our menu, keep the store clean and welcoming, and work as part of a collaborative team to make the store the best it can be.

We offer flexible shifts, a 50% discount on food and drink, matched pension up to 10%, a Coca-Cola share scheme and the Costa Foundation support.

Qualifications

• Experience in barista or customer-facing role preferred.
• Strong customer service and teamwork mindset.
