Birley Bakery is the newest opening from entrepreneur Robin Birley, owner of private member’s clubs 5 Hertford Street & Oswald’s. Working hours

• Full‑time position, 42.5 hours a week on a rota basis
• Hours ranging between 6am‑8pm (Monday‑Sunday)
