Your Role as Barista

Serve each drink with care, confidence, and a little flair. Support your fellow bar team members through on‑the‑job training and keep the coffee station running like clockwork. Keep the space clean, stocked, and looking sharp at all times. Engage with guests in a warm and welcoming way, creating a great atmosphere.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience as a barista in a quality‑focused specialty coffee shop.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, guest‑facing environment.
• A real passion for coffee, service, and making people feel at home.
• A team‑player mindset – supportive, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever needed.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including afternoons, weekends and bank holidays.
