Boxcar Bread & Wine is thriving and we are looking to grow our barista team!We havepart time and full time roles available ranging from 20–40 hours a week

As a Barista You Will:

• Provide friendly and efficient service to our guests
• Work collaboratively with your team to ensure smooth operations and deliver outstanding experiences
• Learn and master all aspects of our menu
• Be confident in executing orders in a fast and efficient manner
• Embrace the spirit of teamwork, supporting your colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment

• La Marzocco Classic 3-group
• Puqpress M3
• Compak grinders (with a Mythos on the way)
• Bespoke, small-batch coffee from Reads Coffee Roasters, rotating regularly for variety.
• Specialty products including Prana Chai, Novus Tea, and Lalani & Co Matcha.

• Ability to adjust grinder and dial in to set recipe
• Confident working a til system and recommending items to guests

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.it's really important that you have weekend availability as that's a buzzing time for us.
