Kellan Group is seeking reliable Baristas and Food Service Assistants to work across sites in Edinburgh and surrounding areas. The role focuses on coffee making, excellent customer service and efficient cafe-style duties within a busy hospitality environment.

Candidates should have barista experience, be flexible with hours, and able to work well both in teams and independently. Training and ongoing opportunities across various catering environments are available.

We are currently looking for reliable and enthusiastic Baristas and Food Service Assistants to join our team, working across a variety of sites in Edinburgh and surrounding areas.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy hospitality environment, has experience in coffee making, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Making and serving teas and coffees
• Serving customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Operating the till and handling cash/card transactions.
• Setting up and clearing dining areas.
• Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene.
• Following food safety and health & safety procedures at all times.

Requirements:

• Barista and hospitality experience
• Confident working on a coffee machine
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with working hours.
• A Food Hygiene Certificate is desirable but not essential.
