Job summary

Costa Coffee in the United Kingdom is hiring a Barista for a 30-hour, fully flexible role. You will serve wonderful coffee and create an energising customer experience while mastering the menu and maintaining store standards.

You’ll work with a supportive team to keep the store clean, welcoming and running smoothly, with a positive, adaptable attitude and strong communication. This position offers flexible shifts to suit you, a 50% discount on Costa foods and drinks, and access to Costa’s

Qualifications

• No formal barista qualifications required; enthusiasm for customer service.
• Ability to work at pace during busy shifts.
