Job summary

Lexington-Catering is seeking a Barista in Cardiff to deliver high-quality coffee and service Monday to Friday. You will work across coffee, kitchen, and service areas, maintaining cleanliness and stock, while staying responsive to menus and promotions.

The role requires previous barista experience, a passion for customer service, and a flexible, reliable, and team-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment. Food hygiene and health & safety standards apply.

• Previous Barista experience is essential.

• Flexible attitude with willingness to work overtime when needed.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings and late finishes when required.

What you'll be serving up...

As a Barista, you will play an important role in delivering excellent customer service and high-quality coffee while supporting the wider restaurant operation. This is not a coffee bar only role, and you will be expected to assist across all food service areas when required.
