Job summary

Costa Coffee in Blackburn is seeking a Barista for a seasonal, part-time role (21-24 hours across 3 full days). You’ll serve great coffee, learn our menu, and help run a welcoming store during shifts from early morning to early evening.

We value energy, teamwork and a positive attitude. Flexible shifts, a 50% discount for staff, and the chance to grow with a beloved brand make this a great stepping stone in retail hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience as a barista or in a customer-facing retail role.
• Ability to learn and master the Costa menu quickly.
• Comfort with working as part of a team in a busy store.
