Job summary

Starbucks in Bicester is recruiting friendly Baristas to join our welcoming team. You will deliver great customer experiences, prepare iconic drinks, and help maintain a fast, clean, and inviting store environment. Full training is provided to help you succeed and grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Delivering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming experience.
• Preparing beverages and food to Starbucks standards.
• Engaging with customers and suggesting products to boost sales.
• Operating tills and handling transactions accurately.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive customer experience
• Preparing beverages and food to Starbucks standards
• Recommending products and supporting store sales through confident up‑selling
• Operating tills and processing transactions accurately
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming store environment
• Following food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures
• Monitoring product quality and temperature records
• Supporting your team during busy periods and helping cover key trading times
