Job summary

Costa Coffee in Barnstaple is hiring a Permanent Store Assistant / Barista to join our Retail Operations team. You’ll serve great coffee, master the menu and help keep the store clean and welcoming while delivering an energising customer experience.

This role offers flexible shifts to suit both personal needs and store requirements. We value resourcefulness, adaptability and a positive attitude, with accountability and pride in delivering quality.
