Costa Coffee is seeking a Store Assistant/Barista in Banbury to deliver energising customer experiences and craft great coffee. You’ll learn the Costa menu, maintain store standards, and contribute to a welcoming, efficient shop floor.

We value resourcefulness, accountability, and strong communication. The role offers permanent, full-time hours with a focus on teamwork and delivering quality service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• Experience in delivering friendly, helpful customer service.
