Job summary

Arc Inspirations is recruiting for BOX to join our bar team across venues. We’re looking for friendly, energetic people who enjoy delivering great experiences and memorable nights.

Full training is provided, with progression opportunities across our three brands, flexible hours, team discounts, tips share, wellbeing support, and incentives.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or bar environment preferred.
• Strong communication and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to busy environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve drinks and assist customers at the bar.
• Engage with guests to create memorable experiences.
• Support team with service flow and cleanliness.
