Job summary

The Ivy Collection is seeking an enthusiastic Barback to join our supportive team at one of the UK’s most-loved restaurant brands. You will welcome guests, take drink orders, and help with stock and bar upkeep while upholding our high standards of cleanliness and service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing hospitality is preferred.
• Demonstrates a friendly, professional manner.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced bar environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes customers and assists with drinks orders.
• Suggests and makes beverage recommendations.
• Assists with stock taking and ordering supplies.
• Maintains cleanliness and hygiene behind the bar.
