Marston’s is recruiting Bar and Waiting teammates across our pubs in the UK. If you’re new to hospitality, you’ll learn fast with our app-based training and the DNA internal career pathway, designed to help you grow from day one.

You’ll be the face of our pubs, creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering great service. You’ll gain people, marketing and operational skills while getting paid, with a clear route to supervisory roles.

Qualifications

• No formal experience required; training provided.
• Opportunity to learn hospitality skills via DNA pathway.

Responsibilities

• Taking orders, serving and upselling food and drinks.
• Provide brilliant customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Support wider team and be flexible to assist where needed.
• Develop people, marketing and operational skills while getting paid.
• Pursue progression toward supervisory roles within the pub network.
