Marston’s is looking for Bar and Waiting teammates in the United Kingdom. You’ll be at the heart of our pubs, creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering great service. Training is provided via our DNA app-based pathway, so new talent can quickly grow into confident hospitality professionals.

You’ll learn to take orders, upsell food and drinks, and support the team while developing people, marketing and operational skills. A long-term career within pubs is encouraged.

Qualifications

• No prior hospitality experience required; full training provided via DNA pathway.
• Excellent communication and a friendly attitude are essential.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the business.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of our pubs, creating and maintaining a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere.
