• Deliver friendly, knowledgeable and attentive service to every guest.
• Taking food and drink orders and serving guests with confidence and care.
• Helping create a warm, welcoming atmosphere throughout the pub.
• Working closely with the kitchen and wider team to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Learning our menus and sharing recommendations with guests.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and safety.
• Supporting your teammates during busy service periods.
