Job summary

Destination Inns, part of the McMullen Family, seeks a Bar & Waiting Team Member to join our team in a relaxed country dining setting. You will provide friendly service, serve drinks and meals, and help prepare the bar and dining areas for service.

We offer a supportive training culture and advancement opportunities through McMullen’s GROW Programme. Hourly pay starts at 10.90–£12.76 for ages 18–20 and 21+, with weekly pay, shift flexibility, and generous staff discounts on meals and drinks.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering guest-focused service in a hospitality setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork to support bar and dining service.
• Ability to multitask in a busy guest-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding guest service at all times.
• Serve drinks and food to guests in a warm, friendly manner.
• Assist in setting up and closing the bar/floor areas for service.
• Maintain clean and tidy standards across the bar and dining areas.
