Job summary

McMullen & Sons Ltd in Chelmsford is hiring a Part-time Bar & Waiting Team Member to join our busy, friendly pub. You’ll serve drinks and food, help prepare the bar and floor areas, and ensure guests have a warm, memorable visit.

We offer age-based pay (£8.95 under 18, £10.90 18-20, £12.76 21+), achievable bonus, gratuities, shift flexibility, weekly pay and generous meal discounts. Training and progression opportunities are provided through our GROW programme.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding guest service at all times.
