McMullen & Sons Ltd in Cambridge is seeking a Christmas Temp Bar and Waiting Team Member. This part-time temporary role offers a structured training path and the opportunity to join a long-established, family-run business that values guest care and quality.

Pay ranges from £8.95 to £12.76 per hour depending on age, with additional benefits such as a bonus scheme, gratuities, shift flexibility, weekly pay, and staff discounts on meals and drinks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding guest service at all times
• Serving drinks and food to our guests in a warm and friendly manner
• Assist in setting up and closing down the bar/floor areas ready for service or the next trading session
• Maintain the standards of the business keeping all areas clean and tidy
• Temp work until mid January, successful candidates have the chance to stay on as permanent team members
