Job summary

Loungers is hiring Front of House Team Members for Novello Lounge, a local café bar. You will welcome customers, serve food and drinks to spec, and maintain a clean, well-stocked bar while delivering warm hospitality from the moment guests arrive.

The role suits those who enjoy fast-paced service and teamwork, with no strict experience required. Perks include up to £12.71/hr plus tips, staff meals, 50% off food & drinks, and paid breaks.

Qualifications

• Bags of energy and your own personality.
• A natural talent and passion for hospitality.
• Good communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
• A self-motivator who works at pace.
• Previous hospitality or retail experience is a bonus, but it's not essential - we can teach you how to be a great Lounger.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and delivering warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in.
• Serving food to a high standard, making sure every dish lands just right.
• Preparing and serving drinks to spec - coffees, cocktails, and everything in between.
• Keeping the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout every shift.
• Handling payments accurately and answering customer queries, including allergen questions, with confidence.
