Job summary

Greene King’s Pub & Grill is seeking Bar & Waiting Staff to create memorable guest experiences, pouring drinks and recommending the right beverages. You will join a warm, inclusive team within a renowned hospitality brand with opportunities to grow and develop your skills.

You’ll greet and serve customers, pour to specifications, maintain bar safety and cleanliness, and help ensure a fantastic visit for every guest.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience.
• Recommend drinks and greet customers while they dine.
• Pour drinks to meet specifications and guest expectations.
• Keep the bar safe, legal, and clean and handle issues promptly.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.

Responsibilities

• Be the insider behind the bar, offering recommendations to customers.
• Prepare and present drinks that meet specifications and customer expectations.
• Assist in greeting, serving food and looking after customers whilst they dine with us.
