Greene King is hiring for Bar & Waiting Staff across our Chef & Brewer pubs, offering a friendly, inclusive team environment where you can grow your skills. You’ll pour pints, recommend drinks, and ensure guests have a memorable experience from the moment they arrive until they leave.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Be the insider behind the bar, offering recommendations to customers.
• Prepare and present drinks that meet specifications and customer expectations.
• Assist in greeting, serving food and looking after our customers whilst they dine with us.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable experiences for customers at the bar and dining areas.
• Recommend drinks and menu items to enhance the guest experience.
• Prepare and serve high-quality drinks in line with specifications.
• Assist with greeting guests, serving food, and ensuring guests are comfortable.
• Maintain bar safety, legality, and cleanliness at all times.
