Job summary

Catering in Glasgow is seeking temporary bar staff for ongoing, busy bar events. You will serve drinks, handle payments, keep the bar tidy, and assist with setup and closing procedures. Shift travel to Glasgow is provided.

Salary is from £13.45 to £14.45 per hour; applicants should have 6–12 months bar experience and a bar training certificate if needed; all-black attire is required and customer service standards must be high.

If yes, then we have the perfect opportunity for you. We are looking for people with bar experience to serve drinks and look after customers at ongoing, busy bar events. Not only that, but travel to and from Glasgow will be provided for each shift.

What you’ll be doing?

• Serving both soft and alcoholic drinks to customers at the bar.
• Handling cash and card payments.
• Ensuring the bar remains clean, tidy and well stocked throughout the shift.
• Providing an efficient and polite service to customers.
• Keeping in line with bar procedures you learned during the bar training course.
• Helping set up the bar before opening and closing at the end of the shift.

What are we looking for?

• At least 6-12 months of bar experience.
• A bar training certificate (we can provide online training course if needed).
• Ongoing flexible availability.
• Someone who can wear all black clothing, including a shirt, smart trousers and ALL black shoes.
• A trustworthy and punctual candidate, who has professional customer service standards.
