Farmhouse Inns is looking for Bar & Waiting Staff to help create memorable moments for guests. Whether you’re pouring pints, recommending drinks, or guiding guests to a great table, you’ll play a key role in a friendly, inclusive team that values service and smiles.

You’ll bring a genuine passion for guest experience, an eye for detail, and a willingness to learn. Applicants must be 18+, have good spoken and written English, and be ready to work safely and in line with allergen controls.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and expand your skills.
• Have a great eye for detail, making sure every pint is poured to perfection.
• A passion for giving great service and making sure every customer receives a warm welcome.
• A positive can-do attitude and be a real team player.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
• All bar staff must be 18 and over

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Be the insider behind the bar, offering recommendations to customers.
• Prepare and present drinks that meet specifications and customer expectations.
• Assist in greeting, serving food and looking after our customers whilst they dine with us.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
