Pub & Grill, a cosy pub with restaurant standards, is seeking Bar & Waiting Staff. You will pour drinks, recommend menu items, greet guests, and ensure a warm, efficient service flow for diners and drinkers alike.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience.
• Be the insider behind the bar, offering recommendations to customers.
• Prepare and present drinks that meet specifications and customer expectations.
• Assist in greeting, serving food and looking after our customers whilst they dine with us.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.

Responsibilities

• Pour drinks and recommend the perfect drinks to customers.
• Greet guests and serve food while assisting with seating and dining needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe bar area and manage stock and allergen controls.
