Pub & Social - Bra_202 is seeking Bar & Waiting Staff to create memorable experiences for customers, pouring pints and recommending drinks as part of a fun, inclusive team.

You’ll join a busy bar environment, ensure safety and cleanliness, greet diners, and deliver excellent service with a can-do attitude. Training and development opportunities across our well-known brands are available.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and expand your skills.
• Great eye for detail, ensuring every pint is poured to perfection.
• Passion for giving great service and a warm welcome to customers.
• Positive can-do attitude and strong team spirit.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each time they visit.
• Be the insider behind the bar, offering recommendations to customers.
• Prepare and present drinks that meet specifications and customer expectations.
• Assist in greeting, serving food and looking after our customers whilst they dine with us.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, with issues dealt with quickly and safely.
