Job summary

Greene King is seeking Bar & Waiting Staff for one of its Cornerstone pubs in Willenhall. You’ll help create memorable moments, pouring pints, serving food and delivering great hospitality to guests.

You’ll join a fun, inclusive team with opportunities to learn, grow and develop your skills, while keeping the bar safe, clean and compliant and ensuring guests have a warm welcome on every visit.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and expand your skills.
• Great eye for detail with every pint poured to perfection.
• Passion for giving great service and making customers feel welcome.
• Positive can-do attitude and strong team player mindset.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience every visit.

• Prepare and present drinks to meet specifications and expectations.
• Assist in greeting, serving food and looking after customers during their dining experience.
• Ensure the bar is safe, legal, clean and issues are addressed promptly and safely.

As Bar & Waiting Staff, you’ll be key to creating unforgettable moments for customers, whether you’re pouring a pint or recommending the perfect drink to a customer after a long day, you’ll keep the good times flowing. Qualifications

As a member of our Bar & Waiting Staff, you will…

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Be the insider behind the bar, offering recommendations to customers.
• Prepare and present drinks that meet specifications and customer expectations.
• Assist in greeting, serving food and looking after our customers whilst they dine with us.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
