Job summary

Farmhouse Inns is seeking personable Bar & Waiting Staff to craft memorable experiences for guests. You’ll pour pints, suggest great drinks, greet diners, and help with food service in a lively, inclusive team. Expect a supportive environment with training to grow your hospitality career.

• Be the insider behind the bar, offering recommendations to customers.
• Prepare and present drinks that meet specifications and customer expectations.

• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.

Responsibilities

• Pour drinks to perfection and upsell recommendations to maximise customer satisfaction.
• Maintain bar stock, handle cash/terminal transactions and ensure a clean work area.
• Greet guests, take orders and deliver food and beverages with a warm, friendly attitude.
• Support front-of-house team to deliver smooth service during busy periods.

As Bar & Waiting Staff, you’ll be key to creating unforgettable moments for customers, whether you’re pouring a pint or recommending the perfect drink to a customer after a long day, you’ll keep the good times flowing. You’ll be joining a fun and inclusive team, where you can grow and strengthen your skills and experience.
