Job summary

Greene King is seeking Bar & Waiting Staff to create memorable experiences for customers in our pubs across Reading. You’ll pour drinks, greet guests, and assist with food service while maintaining a safe, clean bar area. You’ll be part of a busy pub environment, delivering warm welcomes and high standards of service to ensure guests have a great visit and return.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience.
• Be the insider behind the bar, offering recommendations to customers.
• Prepare and present drinks that meet specifications and customer expectations.
• Assist in greeting, serving food and looking after your customers whilst they dine with us.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with quickly and safely.

• Greet and seat guests, take orders and serve food when required.
