Job summary

Greene King is hiring Bar & Waiting Staff to join our Pub & Grill team, where you’ll create memorable moments for customers whether pouring a pint or recommending the perfect drink. You’ll be part of a fun, inclusive team with opportunities to grow and strengthen your skills across our well-known brands.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Be the insider behind the bar, offering recommendations to customers.
• Prepare and present drinks that meet specifications and customer expectations.
• Assist in greeting, serving food and looking after our customers whilst they dine with us.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.

Responsibilities

• Pour pints and pour drinks accurately to meet precision standards.
• Welcome customers warmly and take food and drink orders.
• Recommend drinks and upsell where appropriate to enhance the experience.
• Keep bar areas clean, stocked and compliant with allergen controls.
