Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Bar & Waiting Staff member for Farmhouse Inns in Ipswich. You will play a key role in creating memorable customer experiences, from pouring drinks to recommending menu items, while working as part of a friendly, inclusive team.

Applicants should enjoy delivering great service, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and be keen to learn and grow within our well-known brand. Training and development are available across our network.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each time they visit.
• Be the insider behind the bar, offering recommendations to customers.
• Prepare and present drinks that meet specifications and customer expectations.
• Assist in greeting, serving food and looking after our customers whilst they dine with us.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with quickly and safely.
