Job summary

Flaming Grill is seeking confident Bar & Waiting Staff to create memorable moments for guests, pouring drinks and recommending options after busy shifts. You’ll join a lively, inclusive team that supports growth and skill development across our pubs.

Be the face behind the bar, delivering great service with attention to detail. You’ll help greet diners, serve meals, maintain safety and cleanliness, and stay compliant with allergen controls while enjoying a competitive salary and benefits.

  Willingness to learn and expand your skills.
• Have a great eye for detail, making sure every pint is poured to perfection.
• A passion for giving great service and making sure every customer receives a warm welcome.
• A positive can-do attitude and be a real team player.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
