Greene King is looking for friendly Bar & Waiting Staff to deliver memorable moments for guests at our Chef & Brewer pubs. You’ll pour pints, recommend drinks, greet customers, and support overall service in a welcoming, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each time they visit.
• Be the insider behind the bar, offering recommendations to customers.
• Prepare and present drinks that meet specifications and customer expectations.
• Assist in greeting, serving food and looking after our customers whilst they dine with us.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with quickly and safely.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders at the bar and floor.
• Pour and serve drinks, ensuring correct measures and presentation.
• Provide drink recommendations and upsell where appropriate.
• Assist with food service and table clearing as needed.
• Maintain clean and safe bar area and comply with venue policies.
