Job summary

Greene King in the United Kingdom is seeking enthusiastic Bar & Waiting Staff to create memorable moments for customers, whether pouring pints or recommending drinks. You’ll join a fun, inclusive team where you can grow and strengthen your skills.

You’ll deliver a warm Pub & Grill welcome, provide great service, and help ensure a safe, clean bar and dining area while you learn and progress across our well-known brands.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and expand your skills.
• Great eye for detail to ensure every pint is poured to perfection.
• Passion for delivering excellent service and making customers feel welcome.
• Positive, can-do attitude and ability to work well in a team.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and follow allergen controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each time they visit.
• Be the insider behind the bar, offering recommendations to customers.
• Prepare and present drinks that meet specifications and customer expectations.
• Assist in greeting, serving food and looking after our customers whilst they dine with us.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, addressing issues quickly and safely.
