Pub & Grill - Bra_205 is seeking Bar & Waiting Staff to deliver memorable experiences to customers, whether pouring drinks or recommending options after a long day. You’ll join a fun and inclusive team where you can grow and strengthen your skills.

You’ll be part of a lively service culture, handling drinks, greeting guests, and ensuring safe, clean bar operations. The role emphasizes great customer care, teamwork, and a positive attitude, with training and development across our brands.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Be the insider behind the bar, offering recommendations to customers.
• Prepare and present drinks that meet specifications and customer expectations.
• Assist in greeting, serving food and looking after our customers whilst they dine with us.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.

Responsibilities

• Pour and present drinks to specification and to customers’ satisfaction.
• Recommend drink choices and upsell where appropriate.
• Greet guests, take orders, and serve food in a timely, friendly manner.
• Maintain a clean and safe bar area and respond to issues promptly.
