Greene King pubs in Bath are seeking Bar & Waiting Staff to deliver welcoming, high‑quality service and to pour pints or recommend drinks that enhance the guest experience. You’ll contribute to creating memorable moments for every visitor and join a fun, inclusive team focused on growth and skill development.

This role emphasizes accurate, efficient service and a positive, can‑do attitude. You will be part of Greene King’s community pubs, with opportunities to train, advance and enjoy staff

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or bar service preferred.
• Ability to provide a warm, memorable guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Be the insider behind the bar, offering recommendations to customers.
• Prepare and present drinks that meet specifications and customer expectations.
• Assist in greeting, serving food and looking after our customers whilst they dine with us.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
