Job summary

Greene King's Hungry Horse is seeking bar and waiting staff to help create memorable moments for customers, whether pouring a pint or recommending a drink after a long day. You’ll join a fun, inclusive team where you can grow and strengthen your skills and experience.

You’ll bring a willingness to learn, strong English, and a passion for great service. The role offers opportunities to develop across our well-known brands, with staff discounts and supportive benefits as part of our culture.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and expand skills.
• Sufficient spoken and written English.
• Hospitality experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience when they visit.
• Be the insider behind the bar, offering recommendations to customers.
• Prepare and present drinks that meet specifications and customer expectations.
• Assist in greeting, serving food and looking after customers while they dine with us.
• Ensure the bar is safe, legal, and clean, addressing issues promptly and safely.

As Bar & Waiting Staff, you’ll be key to creating unforgettable moments for customers, whether you’re pouring a pint or recommending the perfect drink to a customer after a long day, you’ll keep the good times flowing.
