Marston’s PLC is seeking Bar and Waiting teammates to join our pubs in Exeter. It’s about mastering the best pint, serving delicious food, and creating memorable moments for guests.

Whether you’re new to hospitality or experienced, you’ll receive training via our internal DNA pathway and have opportunities to progress toward a supervisor role in a vibrant, people-first pub environment.

Qualifications

• No prior hospitality experience required; full training via internal DNA pathway.
• Strong communication and a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
• Willing to learn and progress within the pub group.

Responsibilities

• Take orders, serve food and drinks, and upsell where possible.
• Provide brilliant customer service to guests.
• Support the wider pub team and help where needed.
• Develop people, marketing and operational skills while earning.
• Opportunities to progress toward a supervisor role.
