Marston’s is looking for new Bar and Waiting teammates to join our pubs. Whether you’re new to hospitality or building on experience, you’ll learn through our internal career pathway (DNA) and app-based training to help you become your absolute best.

As part of our Bar and Waiting team you’ll be the face of the pub, take orders, serve and upsell, provide excellent customer service, support the wider team, and have the opportunity to progress across our pubs, hotels and support centre.

Responsabilidades

• Be the face of our pubs creating and maintaining a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.
• Be responsible for taking orders, serving and upselling our fantastic food and drinks
• Be passionate about providing brilliant customer service
• Care about the wider team, turning your hand to support wherever needed
• Gain people, marketing and operational skills whilst getting paid for it!
• Be encouraged to progress in your role whilst achieving a long-term career (if that’s what you’re after)
