Bar - Urban Playground Manchester is seeking a Bar Tender to join the bar team at Urban Playground's Manchester venue. You will deliver high-class bar service across both bars, serving welcome drinks, cocktails, draught beers, and soft drinks to guests, including those on the Putters journey.

The role requires evening and weekend availability, a minimum of 2 years bar experience, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifikationen

Role Description

Working in the bar team you are responsible for the delivery of a high-class bar operation. You will work at 1 of our 2 bars in the venue, serving anything from welcome drinks and cocktails for party bookings, to draught beers and soft drinks to those taking a break in their CUBE or Putters journey.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Providing top quality bar service to compliment the customer experience.
• Serving drinks and cocktails with enthusiasm to engage with customers.
• Monitor and rotate stock to reduce wastage.
• Maintain a clean and presentable service area at all times, clearing tables of empty glasses, wiping down menus and bar surfaces.
• Assist in setting up, stocking up bottles and garnishes.
• Helping to close the bar, deep cleaning the area and putting away all tools.

Other Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure all training is completed in a timely manner.
• Proactively contribute to and suggest ways of improving company processes and procedures.
• Assisting in the onboarding of newer members of the team.

Skills

Technical

• 2 years of Bar experience.
