Qualifications

• Basic computer literacy is required to handle systems and training materials.
• Strong English communication helps in customer service and teamwork.
• Proof of right to work in the UK is mandatory.
• Applicants should live within a reasonable commuting distance of the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and serve drinks and food to the correct specification.
• Deliver food to customers and complete check-backs within required times.
• Provide friendly customer interactions and build rapport with guests.
• Be knowledgeable about promotions, events and new products.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at all times.
• Assist across areas as needed, including bar, kitchen and service areas.
