JD Wetherspoon Plc is recruiting for team members to serve food and drinks across our pubs in the United Kingdom. No experience is required, just a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

You will join a busy team, provide friendly service and help maintain high cleanliness and safety standards. The role offers flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and late finishes, with opportunities for progression into team leader or pub-manager roles.

Qualifications

• Experience not required; attitude, willingness to learn and calm under pressure are valued.
• Be able to converse in English and understand training and duties.

Responsabilités

• Take orders and serve drinks and food to spec, at bar or via app.
• Deliver food to tables and ensure check-backs are completed.
