• Take orders and serve drinks at the bar or via the customer app.
• Deliver food to tables and ensure timely check-backs.
• Provide friendly customer interactions and build rapport with guests.
• Be knowledgeable about promotions, events and new products.
• Maintain clean as you go standards; clear surfaces and restrooms as needed.
• Work across all areas when required (glass-wash, fridges, floors, garden).
