Job summary

Hollywood Bowl Group is hiring Bar Team Members to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced leisure environment. You’ll keep the bar area tidy, stocked, and clean while serving drinks with enthusiasm and accuracy.

There may be kitchen duties during busy periods, and you’ll be trained to excel in this dynamic setting. You will join a growing team with extensive training, development opportunities, and a pathway into management.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Shows energy and enthusiasm in a team environment.
• Wlexible with shift patterns and hours.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure customers receive well-made drinks.
• Keep the bar area clean and stocked, hygiene and safety standards.
• Assist in kitchen duties if required and support team during peak times.
