Job summary

Haven in Tenby is seeking a Bar Team Member to deliver great drinks and positive guest experiences. You’ll greet guests, take orders, and help keep the bar running smoothly while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Role involves serving a range of beverages, from pints to cocktails, with opportunities for career development and funded qualifications. Flexible shifts include evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced, inclusive team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or customer-facing role is beneficial but not required.
• Customer service focused – friendly and approachable with excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests, take drinks orders and ensure a positive experience.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, from classic pints to signature cocktails.
• Keep the bar area clean, organised, and fully stocked.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operation and excellent customer service.
