Stonegate Group, the UK’s largest operator of pubs and bars, is recruiting Bar Team Members for The Rule. No prior experience needed—we provide full training and ongoing support to help you thrive behind the bar.

You’ll work as part of a friendly team, greet guests, serve high‑quality food and drinks, share recommendations, and help maintain a clean, safe space for everyone. This role is ideal for those who enjoy teamwork and a sociable atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Greet guests in a welcoming manner and support a positive atmosphere.
• Provide high-quality drink and food service with attention to detail.
• Suggest menu items to enhance guest experiences when appropriate.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at all times.
• Work well with others to deliver great service as a team.

At Social Pub and Kitchen, we pride ourselves on being individually crafted and hero great experiences at any time of the day or night.
