Upham Inns is seeking Bar Team Members to join our unique, stylish pubs across Southern England. You will welcome guests, take orders, handle payments, and contribute to an excellent guest experience with a focus on hospitality, quality service, and craft knowledge.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old due to licensing laws.
• You’ll be a great communicator with solid decision-making skills.
• You should be confident, organised and able to work flexibly.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests in the pub.
• Taking food & drink orders and handling cash/card payments.
• Serving hot & cold beverages including alcohol.

delight our guests with their drinks knowledge, barista and cocktail skills.

Ideally
you may have worked in a pub before, but the great thing about Upham Inns is

What do we do?

We own a collection of
beautiful and individual premium pubs across Southern England. Our pubs are in
idyllic settings in country villages and towns, where we are proud to be the
quality local of the area, serving high quality fresh pub food in a cozy pub ambience.
Most of our pubs have some Charming Bedrooms as well. New to our growing family
is Harper’s Steakhouse, a new premium American Steakhouse brand that we started
rolling out last year.
